The free Addon Packs were updated as of Nov 26 2010.. Check out this link. I couldn't find any other info but I do "remember" reading that they were fixed - but i don't know how or when that "fix" was delivered???

I just choose a bunch of notes that sound the coolest for my beatz.

    Does this even matter?

I hope this really matters as I like to work with VIs that are in-tune.

For the last two years, all the basses I have used from DP seemed fine.

Or did that finally get fixed as was specifically promised by Cakewalk?

I can't bare to look for myself.

Maybe some one can, and they can report back to us?

    best regards,
    mike

Yes- Expansion pack 3 all are in tune. Not sure about the other bass patches though.

I just bass notes that are so low, you can't hear if they are in tune or not.

Wow - what a world.  And I found just the opposite and have stopped using DimPro in any new projects.   Some of the sounds/functions were very good.   But of tune stuff?  Nah.  Not worth it.

There was an expansion pack 3??   How did I miss that!  And where would one find it?

I only see 2 (free) Exp Packs on the CW site.
