    Rik,

Nice jam. Don Felder couldn't have played it any better.    Guitar, amp and mic modeling all sound good.   Very enjoyable listen.

There you go, our version now pales in comparison.

Especially since I'm not singing on this one.

The only thing that could be missing from this is some bongos.

    Sounds good.
I have listened to some of your stuff in the past, solo and collab and it always sounds good.
I like the way you play.
I listened to Romance too.  Very nice.

Hi Rik! Hope you're feeling better. Glad to see you posting more music! It's sounding good to me. A nice, upbeat melody riding lightly above your chord progressions. Nice playing on this, as every other song you've posted. Again, good to see and hear you back again!

Nice version. I think the reverb on the leads works pretty good here, but I like reverb.

I like 'em both. The first is warmer, more intimate. The second more open, "lighter" if you will.
Kind of like hearing the same song played in two different venues. Both are well done, with a slight difference in feel.
This was a bit of fun, and it's great to see you hangin' out with us.

I happen to like your first mix better …I think it sounds warmer for the way you played the acoustic guitars .

Yamaha THR5A ? I had to look that one up ..

it looks good …I didn't know they had came out with and acoustic version of the THR5 …...

Hi Bob, thanks, glad you like them both. Old mix was straight from the amp, new mix had a lot of help from Sonar ; )

Hi Kenny, thanks, i had to sell my classical guitar and recording gear to pay my medical bills. After three months of not playing at all due to medical reasons , I got the urge again. Since I'm not able to play classical guitar, i bought a cheap steelstring Tanglewood guitar to muck about with.  I bought that yamaha amp second hand and it's a great bit of kit. it's also an usb interface.

    i like that reverb...
the mix is a bit bright overall to me, i like to crank it and listen loud, and it sounds better low volume, because of the brightness...
but that's a subjective thing, eq in general...

sorry you had to sell your nice axe, been there and done that too...
but what you have works perfectly fine, you are using it well.

    i hear castanets on this...
