    I can't find them either. I want the text to be brighter. Same in cv

    If you mean the blue line that you drag, that's just called "Horizontal Sliders" and is in the Global category.
     
    It's just a colour, not a graphic, so it shows up in the theme editor as just a flat coloured square.
