Fleer , i tried the beast , and it s really great but looks like with the resynthesis i seem to reach quite always the same type of sound , the tracking option is a killer , and the reverb alones sounds exellent also ...
The interface is exellent , the cpu hit is a little on the high note but there s a low cpu option that sound as good as the original in context ...
Great reverb ...will give it a go tomorow again
I was playing with all my reverb on a dj premier type beat , wanted a super short room ... with a reverb for depth , not wide but deep , you will never guess witch one wun versus pro r , NI , tsar , reverberate , slate ,room 2016 lol the X verb ...that i m selling 😔

Breverb: Strong, sturdy redhead with buck teeth, can't dance but pulls the plow nicely. I don't use Breverb, but I do joke about it. With all due respects to Bapu, and to Bapu's list, I'm sure he uses all of those on every project, right? :) Meself, I use Breeze for the meat and potatoes, QL Spaces for when I want something really clean on acoustic or solo stuff, and Reverberate because it's fancy, wonderful, extremely versatile, overly complex, and cheap! cheers, -Tom

Fleersome... so, did u get adaptiverb? contrast to Pro-R would be much appreciated. I understand they're different beasts and sound mangling is not my desire these days... From what I read over at VIC it's a uniquely awesome cpu hog... Will have to wait till I'm up north with my VMaschine to try it out! So far, Pro-R is very nice and cpu friendly... I must say, watching Simon deploy the HFC is a trip! Not much on the Tube about it yet... but does have a bit of black holeishness about it...

Well, Pro-R definitely is ideal as a natural and transparent orchestral reverb, an algorithmic sister to EW Spaces. Its EQ implementation and GUI are absolute standouts. Adaptiverb is a remarkable instrument in its own right, even more so than Blackhole although that one has a very interesting slider for live use. Adaptiverb however can give you sounds you don't want to end. It's mesmerizing. And the 1.1 version is easy on your cpu.

You didn't help much... but then again, they are very different beasts! I find I'm always boosting the high frequencies on my voice with delays/verbs and Pro-R is perfect for that. Way more maliable than Spaces which I've relied on for years, despite having one of those loooooong lists... Guess I'll have to do more than a couple all nighters up there in TrumpIdaho over the holidays.. Adaptiverb looks luscious but... Oh, heck... wtf am I saying... I spent 250 for spaces!!! I'll probably end up with both! Pro-R at $119 is irresistable and yet once I start muckin with AdaptaVast sounds I'll likely be sucked dry!!! So you can run multiple Adaptaverbs now? Submix use? Final mix use? Vocals??? I'm blathering... I'll find out...

Also look into Pro-L for small spaces. Zo is right, there's something very pleasing there. I just love using both, but I'm afraid my views aren't professional at all. I'm simply into music and sound. I can listen to a wonderful preset for hours without even changing to the next juan.

True story , yesturday i was testing reverbs , like today by the way , and pro r with alicia keyz piano , i went on the side a fall itno my bed to listen without the engineer ears but just a regular listener ....i ve falen asleep ...for real lol i don t know if this means boring reverb or dreamy one lol
Like i said in Gs the perfect pro r would have been with surf eq in it !!!
Dana , about spaces , i can t understand why they didn t updated it for a while at least to introduc last impulses or to allow uploading our !!
I simply tried waves IR live and it does the job exellent ..and got if for free in mercury ....
Today i did another death latch on short spaces and Tsar was exellent ( i made a preset made of 80 % early reflection ) It sounding real convicing and natural , pcm room with the emt 250 algo was a pure beauty , even the NI were great ...
This lead me to a conclusion , like bapu i m loaded with reverb ...and for real , i don t feel like i need some new , and/or i don t feel like i would miss somthing without last releases !!!
That said , we re gearsluts for real lol ...
By the way , anybody using the Hofa reverb ? This looks impressive ....
