    Even with an iLok you still have a 2nd regular install*.
    I just moved one of my installs to an iLok.

    I was also able to do that, but you should be hearing from Celemony. From my experience, they have really good customer care.

    I moved my Melodyne license off of the iLok BEFORE I upgraded from v2 Editor to v4 Studio. Melodyne customer service handled the issue quickly (via email).
