07 EA: 1st use - crash upon quit / no save in PC-Gloss EQ.

I have a little test project I use to check if my pet issues have been addressed with each update.
When I got the 07 EA, tested with the file, closed it said no to "save?", SONAR crashed with the faulting
module being the PC-Gloss EQ. I did the same thing over and over but could not reproduce the issue.
 
Today I tried it again as I wanted to check another users claim that the aim assist did not extend to the top of the
tracks. I loaded my test project, saw it looked ok here, moused around etc then closed the file without saving, And
she crashed again. Faulting module PC-Gloss EQ. Again subsequent tries of the same sequence did not produce this crash.
