1 + 1 = ( 2 or 3 or 1 ) maybe all is correct ?
EDIT :copied up from "A later post" This is a more " proper way of measuring " or looking at things. Unit factor : no ( ) used in this, giving the result we learn, by mathematics ! 1+1 = 2 units Result factor : If units is inside the : ( ) look at it as blending the 2 together to make a hybrid or offspring, call it the result factor , it talks about all units ( 1+1 ) = 3 , unit 1, unit 2 and the third unit. Hybrid / offspring factor : this talks about the single new unit from the, result factor you can not have a " hybrid / offspring 3rd unit ", unless you have 2 units blended together resulting in the new single unit. (1)+(1) = 1

Soundblend we take 1 sine wave, and add a second sine wave, what happens now .... This is just my tought.....
First answer : (1) + (1) = 2 we see both waves separate, then that calculus is correct.
but : Second answer: 1 + 1 = 3
but we did not learn that at scool but that is correct too.
Why 3 : Because we see: wave 1 and wave 2, added together, making a 3rd hybrid wave it got both sources, but is a new wave of the 2 others
* A new creation, and we see it as a special one.
It all comes down to how we look at stuff... ;-)
No. Adding two waveforms is just not the same thing as adding two numbers. You can look at stuff in a lot of different (incorrect) ways or play games with units, but that doesn't mean it is a useful pursuit.
In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

Forget the numbers and waveform's then, use : Tree , Stone , water ...... whatever that may fit in BTW: what is correct and what is not, it all come down to what we learn, and how we look at thingsnot everyone got the same solution on a problem, that's why we all are different, but still alike..i am not using the numbers at ordinary mathematics, but rather in a way to show, a different thinking. But because we are used to use numbers and not a tree in mathematics. Example what is : * Fire + X = ? * Human + 3000ft = ? This do not make any sense, because it is not a "common" learning, but it probably be worth the amusement value. See, if we have not already learned it, then we will try to figure it out by using known factors. If we can't, we would probably use the X factor, then confusion comes. Factor : X we cant foresee anything (x) , is usually unknown until it is revealed in some way.

Yes understanding units and operators are both important if you want correct results. Of course we can use different thinking that they didn't teach us in school where "correct" could mean "bubble gum" and "important" could mean "screwdriver" and...

If we consider entanglement as explained through quantum mechanics(which I don't understand), then when you added the ones together something else happened across the room or across the universe in direct relation to that action in another series of systems. The entanglement leaves a danglement? At the very least it might cause a stray quark or two.

I probably wouldn't be qualified to use a goniometer. That probably wouldn't stop me from trying though. I'll do it if it doesn't involve human subjects ;) Soundblend- I think you're onto something, but things get fuzzy when you measure different things.Especially small things. Take light for instance, It is described as both a particle and a wave in physics and it appears to be both. In the slit experiment light seems to simultaneously pass through both slits as a wave and a particle and appears to excite itself on the other side of the plate. (ok guys hold the jokes)There are waves from the light and the sum of the waves is present as a difference and a combination. It is as if the light is the same coming through both slits, yet there are different outcomes on the other side. How can the same exact thing be passing through two different locations? The short answer is there are things we don't understand and are attempting to put maths to.

Much of mesurements is not accurate or proper to what they need to measure they simply dont know how, or miss an unknown third method of what need to measure measurement will not be true, or it will be confusing, that is why it get Fuzzy. Now light a (Photon) or any particle, can exist in several state's at once, (with higher energy levels) or it's charge if you will use that. A particle has a spin, it has it north and south pole, it has a charge and a vibration, they have fields. If a electron is at 4th orbit of an atom, and it emits energy, a (photon), it loses vibration and drop down to the 3rd orbit lvl in the atom. You may get this electron up to the 4th or even higher depending on the charge it gets but not higher than the atom itself allows. All particles endeavours to consist in a stable state. (in order) Unstable state is when, particles exchange energies, inhales or emits, or going from 1 state to another. look at the atomic bomb, that is an un-controlled emission, creating ultra high vibrations in the atoms ( atom core ), creating heat and radiation, and it finally burst in to a big boom ! look at the Atomic reactor creating electricity it is the same process, but it is controlled by cooling the core down with water they prevent the core (atoms) to vibrate to much. that is an unstable, "controlled" state. All particles vibrate, cause of they'r charge, we can call it their frequencies a ( wave ) With increased charge ( vibration ) the abilities of the particle get even more spectacular. we can call that parallel states, the ability to be in the past , present, and futureHuman use time to calculate happenings because we move sloooow, and it is limited to a low energy lvl but in higher lvl of energies: time do not existOur mind's is limited to a certain size of information, or what we possible have a ability to reveal. Well certain discoveries has been made by "mistakes" , we can call it luck. Interesting i have never seen that Double Slit Experiment : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfPeprQ7oGcWhat amazes me is gravity and it's Source. that is something i want to know more about. Maybe we need to study the quark's for and ( gluons) for that. Ever heard about the higg's field : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pD6BRGgpnK0Higg's Boson : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIg1Vh7uPywYour Mass is NOT From the Higgs Boson : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ztc6QPNUqlsI would say one of the result of mass (m) : Is a charge (e) or (q , coloumb) of the particle, and a particle accelerated movement, velocity (v1 to v2) the greater charge and velocity ( movement of the particle ), the greater it's mass compared to other particles, or to the observer. when it has reached its maximum, It will stay at a (e_stable) and (V_stable) and (m_stable) until it reacts on to something and emits (looses) energy and mass. but this is just another coarse result, and not the source of mass. quarks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxQwkdu9WbENow pardon me for my skills, but i just have 9 years of basic school and the tiny stuff i know i have learned at the library when i had a basic quick interest for it. But that dont mean that i have my own opinions and understanding of physics.

I agree. I think to assume everything behaves like waves of a different structure is to overlook other possibilities.Light may be a wave, but it likely isn't like any other kind of wave exactly. Soundblend Now light a (Photon) or any particle, can exist in several state's at once, (with higher energy levels) or it's charge if you will use that. A particle has a spin, it has it north and south pole, it has a charge and a vibration, they have fields.
I have been in several states at once..I had one foot over the Maryland line while the other was in Pennsylvania :)...ok more serious.. Several simultaneous states could be like saying an object is both large and hot or small and cold, an oversimplification on my part. In that context just about everything is in a multi state. It is interesting the order we see in the smallest of particles like you mention later on in talking about the atoms/electrons. The term vibration and wave are probably interchangeable at some point. Waves are emitted from vibration and vibrations might be dependent on waves at the sub atomic level. This would seem to me to be a kind of checks and balances in that system and what holds larger systems in place. I think you said the same thing here Soundblend All particles endeavours to consist in a stable state. (in order)
Soundblend Unstable state is when, particles exchange energies, inhales or emits, or going from 1 state to another.
look at the atomic bomb, that is an un-controlled emission, creating ultra high vibrations in the atoms ( atom core ), creating heat and radiation, and it finally burst in to a big boom !
look at the Atomic reactor creating electricity it is the same process, but it is controlled by cooling the core down with water they prevent the core (atoms) to vibrate to much. that is an unstable, "controlled" state.
I have noticed many but not all unstable states are man made. Even the controlled states can become uncontrollable if not done properly. The controlled state of an atom is controlled instability. Soundblend All particles vibrate, cause of they'r charge, we can call it their frequencies a ( wave ) With increased charge ( vibration ) the abilities of the particle get even more spectacular. we can call that parallel states, the ability to be in the past , present, and future
Human use time to calculate happenings because we move sloooow, and it is limited to a low energy lvl but in higher lvl of energies: time do not exist
I love the subject of time,or the lack of it..have read a lot of the theories . Did you ever read any books on "time slips"? Did you know astronauts go a few milliseconds ahead in time on a flight? We needed to invent time here because everything appears to have a beginning and an end and we need points in between. I'm especially fond of dinner time :) In the order of things I think we are at the bottom with others looking on and knowing what we will be doing in two days like it was today.Endings are really transitions. Soundblend What amazes me is gravity and it's Source. that is something i want to know more about. Maybe we need to study the quark's for and ( gluons) for that.
I have an interest in this too. Thanks for posting the videos..interesting, especially the Higgs Boson theory. I don't have extensive education in Quantum Physics either Soundblend .I like to read it though. I think terminologies in science can be misleading. I don't blame the scientists, they needed to call it something. For example the BIG BANG... It is apparent that we had an "event" billions of years ago that caused the universe to be what it is.. I think to compare that to a violent explosion just might be overstepping the facts. It could have been more like a reaction to stimuli on a subatomic level. There were probably explosions in the process but it might not have been a violent uncontrolled occurrence. Sometimes the terminology can lead to false foregone conclusions in my opinion. I like to think of waves more like frequencies. Matter propagating into the ether in an organized fashion.
