(1) MIDI Track output to Cakewalk TTs1 (2) VocalStrip Delay Dial Control

Good day gents. I have learned quick fixes to my VS-Studio 100 reading this forum. Thanks a lot.

(1) a. I imported a MIDI file from my PC folder. It appeared as separate 16 tracks on my Studio PC screen.
     b. I selected Cakewalk TS1 from the "insert softsynth" options. It will appear in the drop-down list in the OUTPUT later.
     c.  I was just able to change the OUTPUT of each midi track to Cakewalk Ts1 softsynth (choosing against MIDI Control and
VS-Studio Control in the drop-down list) ONE BY ONE. (Cumbersome, I'd say)

How do I change the output of all my midi tracks to Cakewalk TS1 (the softsynth I chose) in one fell swoop?

(2) a. I added an Audio Track for vocals.
      b. Upon recording, I added effects using the VocalStrip 64 module.
      c.  I selected  one of the dials in the DELAY section of the module. But I raise the level of this dial using the mouse.

Is there a way to raise the level the level of the dials using the VS-Studio Control (hardware)?.  I know you can do that with
the panning, gain, volume of the track.

Best regards to everyone.

Got answer to (2) last night. The ACT does it.

Got to read the manuals-help first thoroughly before I post anymore lousy (not necessarily unnecessary) questions here.
