14 Bit Midi Controllers & Sonar X1

Anybody got any thoughts on 14 bit midi and X1?

    The Mackie Control uses 14 bit midi. It works just fine in X1.

    John - I'm assuming you meant the Mackie control surface.

    My bad... I was actually referring more towards the effects control for a smoother, non-zipper sounding result. Do you know how 14 bit midi applies to effects (those that would support such things)?

    In this case I am not sure I know what you mean. Sorry. And yes I was referring to the Mackie Control surface. Its faders use 14 bit MIDI to give more resolution.
