2 or more track spectrum comparison in Sonar

Hi all
Havent tried this before but after using Neutron for some stuff as a plug in - just loaded Voxengo SPAN to see if could set it up in Sonar Platinum to do frequency spectrum comparison of 2 tracks on the same graph. Looked at the stuff online how they say to do it in Reaper or Albeton etc but cant for the ife of me get it to work on Platinum - - -would be useful for not only couple of analysis points in mix but also room mike/sine wave comparison etc (as moving some furniture around and like to check room again)

ANy help appreciated
Cheers

Within SPAN I remember this being an issue, and could not get it to do multi-channel analysis properly, but it will do left/right channel analysis without much fuss. The easiest way to do this is to use two mono tracks, one panned left, the other right, and feed a buss from them. Put SPAN on that buss and set two of the inputs to the left and right channels respectively.

*If* you own Neutron, I would actually default to that since it has more features and is simpler to set up and swap inputs with.

SPAN deliberately makes it next to impossible to monitor multiple tracks, because it's a freebie and the main distinction between it and its paid sibling SPAN Plus is that the latter does multiple tracks. It's very good at it, too.

Another option is MMultiAnalyzer from Meldaproduction. I have a slight preference for this one over SPAN+, as it has a couple cool features SPAN+ doesn't have, but they are both capable. Watch for MMA on one of Melda's half-price weekly sales.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
