2 questions. tempo adn VSTi's

I'm seriously considering getting Sonar Home Studio 4.

I was wondering if you can map the tempo through the song to do gradual tempo changes in midi and with the click track.

Also, I have Battery 2 which supports multiple outputs. I was wondering if SHS4 supports multiple outputs as well, so I can process the different drum sounds differently. Do you guys think the drum editor is good in SHS4?

Thank you!!

Of course, you can map tempo throughout the project either by going to the Tempo View and building a tempo enevlope or by going Insert - Tempo Changes in specific project points to add a new tempo value.

If the battery 2 is a soft synth which produces sound into different channels, then yes, HOme Studio supports that. There is also a very poweerful feature called Drum Map manager by which you can define your own drum mapping and split midi track events to different outputs and soft synths.

thanks so much! SHS4 sounds like an awesome program. I am switching from Logic because its getting rather outdated on the PC.
