[2017.04] Early release - Up/Down arrow keys do not navigate tracks in PRV Track Pane

Installed SONAR Platinum [2017.04] Early release and found that the Up/Down arrow and the Page Up/Page Down keys do not appear to be working to navigate and scroll the track list in the PRV Track Pane on my system.  I rolled back to [2017.03] and verified that the Up/Down arrows and Page Up/Page Down keys function as expected.
 
Steps to reproduce.
1.  Load project with multiple MIDI tracks.
1.  Open PRV.
2.  Click on Track 1 track number in PRV Track Pane to set focus.
3.  Press down arrow to change focus to next track.
 
Expected results:  The next track (Track 2) should be focused.
 
Actual results:  Track 1 remains focused.
 
NOTE:  The Up/Down arrow and Page Up/Page Down keys function correctly in the Track View.

    Hi Ron,
     
     That looks to be intended.  Assuming you're in Platinum, clicking the track number as you described enables editing on that track.  Then using the up/down arrow (or optionally using a mouse to click their names) you are selecting the other tracks in order to see their data relative to the one you are editing (you should see their ghosted data in the background).
     
     Sounds like you'd prefer up/down arrow to instead choose the track you are editing, correct?

    Hi Ron,
     
     Looking at it closer now, I'm going to talk with some of the Devs about this area and log it.  I think it's inconsistent either way.  Thanks for the report.
