2017.04 The new PRV view menu items vanish in Platinum with Simplified Chinese language

  I have known about "Filter To Selection On Open" and "Show or Hide Audio Tracks"  are new for PRV view menu. The Wierd thing is that they both disappear in Simplified Chinese laguage but appear in English language.
