2017.04: moving velocity bars → stuck notes

In the PRV, when I adjust note's velocity in the CC/velocity pane I can hear the note, which is ok, but when I release the mouse, the note is still sounding. Seams like there is no Note Off, and only panic button can stop it.

Yes, I am experiencing the same problem & more.
       1) In PRV, when I click bars to change the velocity, notes sound and do not turn off.
       2) In PRV, when I click bars to change the velocity (after selecting a section), often times the velocities 'jump' up or down by 10 to 20 pts. I can't know exactly how much because Undo will not fix it
       3) Every time I open a different MIDI track in PRV by double-clicking, I have to set the Filtered Tracks all over again, it loses its memory.

These problems are new since 2017.04    Thank You!
