2017.05 Early Release PRV/Keys still becomes un-aligned

While my previous project file that would reproduce this bug appears to be fixed (so that's a win), I managed to get the un-aligned problem to happen with the project I've been working on.  All I did was double click the MIDI clip.  You can see in the screen shot the mouse is more than an inch above the key note name in the left-hand side.  And several of the key lanes aren't aligned.
 
This is with SONAR Platinum 23.5.0 BUILD 29 [2017.05] - x64
