2017.08 fixes
... finally including ACT
Wishful thinking I know
Cake has not touched that in years (yet something still must have been broken as recent versions keep corrupting the ACT files without user interaction i.e. changing the mapping. I frequently need to copy my working backup files into the active location to bring my ACT mapping back...)

I don't use ACT personally but I do agree with you. There are a few areas in Sonar that could use a make over and ACT is one of them.

They broke the ACT in the Prochannel Console view that worked in X3 and before leaving it to flutter in the gutter. I documented this to death so the Bakers could have at least a roadmap and some sort of proof that I'm not completely off my rocker. Still we wait....... There are composers that couldn't give a flip about us and our pesky controlers that can't do notation and others with equally horrible inflections in other areas so yeah. All one has to do is cruise the bakery to see that are unorganized peasants who even fight among ourselves! Best of fortunes to all this update!

I want a cheeseburger. A big juicy bastard hot off the grill. You know, the kind that drips all over your shirt when you take that first bite, the melted goodness of America's best processed cheese food making the plaque in my arteries sing Handel's "Hallelujah", all washed down with a frosty cool refreshing beverage.

Hi:) I set the size of C:\Users\*\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\ACT Data\sonaract.xml to "0", for this file causes a lot of problems with ACT. Then my starting process looks like that: ========================================== ^!p:: Run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\DOS-Progs\genericpluginparams.bat" Sleep 500 Run, "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\SONAR Platinum.lnk" Return =========================================== genericpluginparams.bat looks like: ============================================ Del "C:\Users\Heinz\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\ACT Data\genericpluginparams.xml" XCopy "G:\Cakewalk Content\genericpluginparams.xml" "C:\Users\Heinz\AppData\roaming\Cakewalk\ACT Data\" ============================================ I changed genericpluginparams.xml for each PlugIn manually, so I have each knob where I wanted it to have it on my BCR 2000! Sonar sometimes overwrites the xml files, so you can start from the beginning with programming the plugins. Thatfor I have a xml file for each Plugin seperately and copied all together in my finished genericpluginparams.xml. Just look on AZSlows Website for more infromation on ACT! Greetz, Bassman.

I want: Batch Rendering, Multi-category Markers (song start and end, with name for batch rendering, markers that don't affect rendering, etc.).

What? No Early releases yet. Sure they can't release an early release meant for August in September. Or maybe it's just part of the plan to keep us at the edge of our seats. Gimmme, gimmie gimmie. I want more candy!
