2017.5 Track View Folder Color Not Sticking

When using custom track colors with Tungsten Theme the Track Folder color defaults to default when first opening a project. To regain a custom color you must click on the Track Color Picker or reset Tungsten in Preferences.

    I don't use track color with custom themes (including Tungsten) but just checked this issue back to the introduction of the theme editor. The versions I looked at appear to work the same. Folder color is not displayed correctly when a project is opened.
