If you had a Mac with Thunderbolt it would be

I've been searching for a way to do this for a while and it doesn't look good.
Actually I just wanted 2 external monitors in addition to my laptop screen.
I'd love to see if someone has any ideas.

I don't know of any windows based laptops with more than one video output, tho there may be some with 2.  I cannot imagine there would any available with 3.

there are devices like USB to Video which would be "a" solution, but I also seriously doubt this would be a "viable" solution.  I doubt they work well and if they work, they will probably tax your processor and/or RAM so that would be a need to increase your latency buffers on your soundcard just to keep from getting pops and clicks.

Google shows the answer is yes.. there seems to be a few laptops that can support 2 more displays and then I found this which is a gizmo to add up to 4 http://www.matrox.com/gra...gxm/th2go/displayport/ ( ps , why didn't you just google the question,,,?

    Thanks Johnny.
I saw that too but my crappy little HP laptop is plumb out of USB ports.
Going to check if it'll work off a hub.

Use a powered hub. But that said I wonder, the data will still be getting there via the 2 USB buses, There might be problems with the video sharing those. Best to go with HDMI. My son has a Dell laptop rigged to his 42" TV, amazing. Spend a day with that thing and you laugh at your pathetic 24"WS!! He was using Windows 8 ( some developers trial) which he said made this possible. It was crystal clear.
