3* away from a Marty Robbins song?

So, I'm listening to "Jonathan Goes Country" and track 10 is a wonderfully soft and gentle song known as "Man Walks Among Us" and I'm thinking "this song is special"... I couldn't tell if Jonathan was being snarky or if his interest in the song was as sublime as the moment I thought I was having.

So I Google "Man Walks Among Us" and quickly learn it is considered one of Marty Robbins best songs.

Wow. Learn something every day.

I'm digging this song.

:-)

Marty Robbins is one of the great classic country crooners.

Such wonderful simplicity in the song you mentioned.

The delivery is so smooth.  Classic recording!  They don't write them like that anymore.
