FAQs What is the Custom Shop?
The Custom Shop is an online store for buying IK gear models. It can be accessed from within AmpliTube and T-RackS CS applications and plug-ins.

What can I buy in the Custom Shop?
You can buy individual gear models and gear collections for either AmpliTube, for your Guitar Amp & FX needs, or T-RackS platforms (Mac/PC), for your mixing and mastering needs.

How can I access the Custom Shop?
If you already own a recent version of AmplITube (version 3.5 or higher) or T-RackS (version 4.0 or higher), you already have Custom Shop access. Look for the Custom Shop icon and click on it. If you don’t own either one, it’s easy to download the free AmpliTube Custom Shop or T-RackS Custom Shop software from the IK site. Both give you free gear to get you started, and access to the Custom Shop.

What are Gear Credit Packs?
The Custom Shop uses its own currency, called Gear Credits, which you can purchase and use for buying gear. All Custom Shop gear is priced in Gear Credits, rather than standard currency. Gear Credits come in packs ranging from 20 to 1000 in a pack, and are available in the Custom Shop.

So...what do I do to get in on this promotion?
If you already own AmpliTube or T-RackS, just open the application, click on the Custom Shop icon, and the press the Add Credits button. You’ll be presented with a Credit Pack price list, and you can purchase credits from there. During the promotion period (from now through June 10), all credit packs will show prices that reflect the 30% discount. If you don’t own AmpliTube or T-RackS, download the free AmpliTube Custom Shop or T-RackS Custom Shop software, and after installation, follow the same route to buying Credit Packs as just described.

I bought 20 credits and got the stereo enhancer and 3 mics. That's pretty good for $13.99.

 Thanks for the help Obi and Ol Pal. I finally got it all working last night when I had some time. Couldn't figure out why it was asking me for a SN. I found the number, loaded it and all is well.

 Sorry..... I get a little frustrated sometimes when I'm on a project and don't have much time to "diddle".

I gave up on all those credits stuff ....you can only use a small pourcentage of the regular price ..and most of the time , not on promos ...my jampoints are gently sleeping ....

Not using Jam Points on a promo has always been an IK stance. Jam Points are our loyalty program for IK users. At ANY time you can get up to 50% off on any item. Excluding them from promos that are only for 30% makes sense when you can get more on your own with them. Thanks for the video too Zo!

I have 70 credits and 50 jam points.  Does that = a 120 credit plug since the 50 jam points are less than half of the 120 credits needed? 


Or.. 

...does that mean that since I have to buy credits instead of the item I can only pay for half of the needed 50 credits with my jam points?
(And of course I can't buy 50 points I have to buy 60)
