I try to avoid 32 bit plugs, if I can, but I have a couple that I still like to use, and they usually work okay. I don't know if simply having them in your VST folders presents a problem, especially if you never actually fire them up -- unless they cause issues during VST scan.
If you have any that seem dodgy but you really want to hang on to them, jbridge (mentioned above by frankjcc) is really worth trying. I have a couple of 32 bit plugs that I like -- including the very old Emu ProteusVX 32bit VST instrument that I use to run my old Emulator X libraries. ProteusVX normally won't play well with Bitbridge (problems with the GUI), but jbridge runs it without any problems at all in Sonar Plat using Win 10 64. Gives me access to all the libraries I used when I was running an Emu 1212m soundcard and Emulator X Studio (pretty old stuff, but there is a ton of cool patches in the Proteus Composer Bank that I enjoy using).
