'Angharad Goldenhand'

New track from my 'Weirdstone' project. A remake of an older track this time, which seemed to suit the subject well. Bass by the omnipotent Ed Kocol (Bapu to you)

Well James, that was pretty cool ad I enjoyed this piece. I went to the Headscape page and listened to all of the songs, all the way through. Very nice album you have going there and each piece works out very nicely and it all sound really good. Keep up the good work. Bapu's bass fits in nicely on the pieces that he worked on with you. Enjoyed, very nicely done.

James, instrumental music does not always hold my attention but yours does!!  I like the way you subtly build your songs, it keeps them interesting.  Nice bass Bapu, is it fretless?.  You served the song well.

Nope, it my Alembic (on the right) for all but the middle eight. That middle eight is my Line 6 (on the left). The P-Bass was left out on this one.

This could easily go on soundcloud under "relaxed" and I'll bet it would do well. A very nice blend of musical elements. The piece pulled me into it and maintained interest all the way through, which is unusual for me to stay attentive when a theme  doesn't change considerably for awhile. The theme in and of itself is interesting with no major changes. Great job.

Great song, instrumentation well thought out, balance just right, stereo field was spot on.
Can I say it was a bit much reverb for me, I would've loved everything to be a bit crisper.
