50% off IK Multimedia and Steven Slate at AudioMidi

I've seen a few mentions of IK's Black76 and White2A recently (Keith?) so I thought it was worth posting...

According to AudioMidi's latest newsletter:

"IK Multimedia is taking 50% off all software titles for Black Friday, including all their smash virtual instruments, the entire Amplitube 2 series of guitar modeling plugs, and much more!"

I don't think the sale has begun just yet - should start Friday (11/25).

See http://audiomidi.com/black_friday2011.aspx

Also, next Monday (11/28), 50% off all Steven Slate stuff:

"Steven Slate is offering an amazing 50% off all plug-ins as well as the latest Platinum Drums version 3.5 virtual drum instrument. Don't miss this super discounted offer- Monday only!"

It may be available on his site and elsewhere too: This upcoming Monday is CYBER MONDAY at Slate Digital. That means that I'm going to drastically slash all Slate Digital and Steven Slate Drums plugin prices up to 50% for 24 hours!! This is the best deal of the year at Slate so I hope you can take advantage of it! Keep your eyes peeled.

You're right. Got a newsletter from SS too.

And NI also has a bunch of items at 50% off.

I'm starting to wonder just how many newsletters I've subscribed to. :s

There's a place called scitscat on eBay that has the Slate EX drum pack for $39, or get the EX pack plus two expansion packs for $64.  I've never dealt with scitscat, but they are based in Miami and have over 17K feedbacks, so they would appear to be legit.

This is killing me slowly.....there's just too many deals going on right now and not enough $$ to cover the stuff I want!!

I'm still downloading Kirk Hunter Strings (40 GB's to go), got an AudioMidi no brainer to install, and do want the VCC going for $137.....

I'm definitely open & appreciateive to any PayPal donations, gift certificates or just plain gifts, cash etc....

    strikinglyhandsome1,
    Thanks for the headsup!
(I think) I'm sure I tried this over the weekend and $135 did not come up, maybe I was hallucinating...
Of course now I get a server error when trying to check out.
    Must be busy.

Yes that server error is proving a pain. It's a bit of a problem on a time critical purchase. If you really want it and the server error remains, then email audiomidi before the deadline. I think they would honour it. Worth a try.

Should work if you get a place to put a coupon code. Not sure how anyone is supposed to buy with a server error. You can buy direct from the Steve Slate Site. http://www.slatedigital.com/shop/home.php?cat=249

Steven Slate Platinum is 124.00 at Florida music... that ooks like 100 bucks cheaper than Audiomidi, unless I am reading it wrong.

The price changes when you add it to the cart at audiomidi - it is $49.99. Just a shame you can't actually buy it there because the server is rubbish and has been on and off for about a fortnight.

Just bought the Steven Slate Platinum software from Steven Slate's site directly. What a hassle! The payment setups don't work with Chrome and you think you have paid multiple times for the software. I switched to IE to do the purchase and that worked but now their server is "screaming" along at a whopping 450 Kb/sec. For anyone that complained about the Kirk Hunter download speeds you should try this! Wow it is awful. This entire download should take 20 minutes or less but now it will take almost 6 hours! Ugghhhh.

At least it was 50% off. I guess I won't be trying it tonight though that is for sure.

Finally got past the "server error" but the cart drops the items when you get to the billing page. Its all good.
I need another compressor like I need a hole in the head.
    Amplitude "free" works just fine.
I have Ampeg SVX, that's the important one!
