64 bit Waves plugins not showing up in Browser window. - Work around created

I've got a custom plugin layout that I built in the Plugin Manager.  When I drag a plugin from the Waves folder in this layout, it loads the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit version as expected.  Of course, I'm running SONAR X2 x64 so this shouldn't be happening.  I made certain that I was dragging 64 bit versions of the plugs into the appropriate folder when I was creating this layout.

In the default layout, the 64 bit Waves plugs load as expected.  Anyone have a solution for this?

    As a workaround, I created a copy of the same layout by modifying the default (all plugins) layout and it seems to be working as expected.

    I'd still like to know what the problem is with the other one.
