64bit FXbin Question

When you load a 64 bit effect in to a track or buss you see little ticks under the name of your plug. Two single ones for 32 bit stereo, two double ones for 64 bit stereo, one single for mono 32 bit, and one double for mono 64 bit.

I have Guitar Rig Pro 4 installed both as a 32 bit and 64 bit plug in their default installation folders. No matter which one I load I always see two single ticks (meaning 32 bit).

The way I'm reading it is, even though I'm loading the 64 bit version of GRP4, Sonar is seeing it as 32 bit and it's not running in 64 bit mode.

Am I reading the ticks right or am I misunderstanding what they mean? Could GRP4 still be running in 64 bit even though Sonar is showing 32 bit? Anyone else seen this?
