64-bit VST crashes Sonar X2a Producer, 32-bit Version Does Not

Anyone have any experience with Z3TA-2.1 crashing Sonar X2a Producer?  The 32-bit version doesn't crash, but I cannot dock it.  Here's what I've tried:
 
1,  Clean reinstall, clearing out appropriate registry keys
2.  Sent CW tech support dumpfile, results inconclusive
3.  Tried changing the parameter in the aud.ini file "ExtraPluginBufs"
4.  Deleted aud.ini file and restarted Sonar, reconfigured aud.ini file
 
Sonar X2a is very stable, I'm running 9 other VSTs without issue.  Most are 64-bit, some 3rd party, one is a 32-bit synth that is running under jbridge.  All of them are working well.  Only the 64-bit version of Z3TA-2.1 is crashing.
 
Anyone know how to resolve this?
