8 months and 4.5 Gb downloaded without help file updated or translated

 
These updates always install the same version of the help file "Sonar.chm" for versions of Sonar Platinum in Spanish, Italian and Chinese.
And besides the installed version it is in English and outdated (21.9.0).
The only solution is to choose the English language when you installed, then you can have the most recent version but also changes the language to English Sonar.
