8.5> X1 install

I am thinking of the new upgrade. 
I was wondering with this large upgrade do I need to install all the soft synths again like Dim. pro that I have with my 8.5 version?

My C boot drive is quite full and at the moment I have Dim. pro programs on my E drive. This was a tip following Craig Anderton,s advice on the SOS website which involved a registry change that allowed 8 gigs worth of samples to be moved to another disc partition. I also have my audio data on this E drive.

I know that Guitar rig 4le is on the update so would need to install this.
