8DIO Try Pack of Agitato Violins
8Dio has announced the release of a free "Try-Pack edition" of their Agitato Grandiose Legato. The Agitato Try-Pack Edition contains a 1.5 octave restricted (C3-G4) version of Agitato Grandiose Legato Violin Ensemble with all 3 microphones. You will be able to try all the legato types and match them against any string library of your choice. While Agitato is designed as the natural extension to 8Dio's Adagietto and Adagio series - they also designed and programmed it to be fully compatible with any string library of your choice. Free is right in my price range. Downloading now...oops, K5 required. Well, I'll put it on a DVD and stash it for some future date if I ever upgrade Kontakt.

I'm curious, how would they know if you used it in a commercial song?
They wouldn't, of course, but they are asking, rather nicely i think, that we respect their products and their policies. Having spent a couple hours with this library I have to say "wow!" It does what it does so well. It is just plain fun to play with too!

Did you get an email with a download link? I filled out the form and a "successful order" browser window with an invoice number, but no apparent download. I was curious to try this out and am now even more so.
