$99 lifetime updates...

It seems that some folks were offered lifetime updates.  I upgraded to SPLAT 3 months ago, but I'm seeing a price of $199.  I'm not complaining, but who is eligible for the $99 lifetime?

    i got the $99 deal, i think if you were in at the start last year and you renewed your subscription again this year then you were in. i upgraded to platinum from x3 on release and renewed again before my 12 months was up via a third party offer. i wasn't planing on renewing my subscription again after this year, but the $99 lifetime deal was to good to pass up

    What about people with Professional. I renewed this year and I thought I'd get a $100 knock off my price because of that, but it seems like the ignored that for my price.

    You should be eligible. It was sent out in an email with a direct link button to your personal lifetime upgrade price. If you didn't receive it, this is probably an easy fix and resolve by contacting cake.

    You should be eligible. It was sent out in an email with a direct link button to your personal lifetime upgrade price. If you didn't receive it, this is probably an easy fix and resolve by contacting cake.


    I believe you are only eligible if you paid for platinum up front last year and renewed this year. The price you paid for the renewal this year is deducted from the $199.

    No, he is not eligible.   The Lifetime price is $199.  If you already own and have RENEWED SPlat (which would cost you $99) then they are offering to take your RENEWAL as part payment and let you have Lifetime for $99.
