A Cautionary Tale (updates and Preferences...per project audio folders)

Hello, just in case someone is slow to update, as I am.  And just in case someone does not pay attention to"preferences" every time they open Sonar Plat, as I don't.  Pay attention closely

It seems that whichever update introduced the new "Start Screen" has altered my preferences, so now when saving a project the audio no longer saves audio file in a "per project audio file," but too some global audio file.

Now I must admit that I am a total noob, and I should have noticed right away when I opened my Cakewalk project folder and no longer saw project folders, but just .cwp files, that something was amiss, but I didn't.  Or maybe I woke up in the middle of the night, slept walked to my computer, and altered the settings,  but just a heads up.

Check your preferences after updating, else you may be stuck with a mess of saving all your cwp files into individual folders along with the audio.  It is a lot of fun!

Sonar will ask to migrate your preferences over to the new installation if you click yes it will if you say no it wont. If this is a fresh install and there is no older version to migrate from you will have to set it up manually.
