A Little Advice !!

Hi,
I'm thinking of upgrading my little studio set up, and was thinking
about buying a mixing desk, I have a V-Studio 20 just now, but was thinking
of a USB desk, and looked at the Allen and Heath Zed 12 FX and not using my V-Studio 20
anymore.Or should I buy an analog desk and still use my V-Studio as a soundcard,
any other suggestions would be welcome !!!

Thanks
John

    I would go with Zed.

I swear by outboard mixers, mainly because you can use them within the studio outside of the DAW environment.

Just remember that the A & H Zed 12 doesn't allow 12 tracks in for individual tracking at once.

I'd go with the mixer though.

Thanks for the info, You both reckon I should get rid of the V-Studio 20
and go for the Zed ? Also FBB it's only myself that records, so everything
is done individually anyway, so the A & H Zed, should be better than the V-Studio 20 ?
