A Little Mixed Up !!

Hi,
I had to uninstall X1 Producer Expanded, and since I've reinstalled it wont go further than
build number 434, I think it should be 535, but it wont take the serial number at the first load
or any of the patches like X1c, I don't want to spend more money on X2, if it's not going to get
me to the next build level, anyone any ideas how to get me to build 535 ? Remember it wont let
me put the basic serial number in, only when I download X1 Expanded, then it's only at build number 434
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
John

This caught quite a few people out, myself included who were ridiculed for not reading the install instructions properly.
My guess is you did what I and many others did. went ahead and installed it like you would any other installer.
It's a bad install process in my view but what can we do :)

There's a full pdf guide here Install Guide

I remember encountering a serial number issue some where past patch C. The original serial number didn't take and when I checked my email sent from Caker Maker another serial number was issued. Sort of remember a bumpy install process in the later patches and when it does the PDR goes missing,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sorry, I didn't read your message properly.
Are you upgrading to expanded? If so it's a  different serial that should be in your email inbox if you've installed it before.
