A Question on Bouy Fees and Fees in General

I have come to realize that I need to massively increase my fees.  Fees like:

Idle fee
Wasting time fee
Break time fee
Fixing computer fee
Non-production fee
Handling fee
Glove fee for the handling fee
Excessive handling fee
Haz mat fee for excessive handling fee (particularly for handling extra Am)
And numerous others.

But, two fees confuse me since I am not on the correct side of the pond:
How much is a nicely excessive: fee fi fo fum fee?
And more important what about the last half of that fee: the smelling the blood of an Englishman fee?

As I said those fees have me baffled.  I would think that the "blood" fee would be the highest, as that could involve extra safe handling fees, glove fees, excessive haz mat fees, putting oneself at risk fees, etc.

Any help would be appreciated (am guessing a "being helpful" fee might be required, but am hoping [perhaps foolishly] not.

The thing to remember when assesing Bouy Fees is to always freely give everything you have.

It's the only way I can guarantee you will get the best value.

I can't say fairer than that.

<serious comment> Freely giving is a good thing.

<not so serious comment> Hmm, marketing (scam) idea:

<announcer's voice> "Now, for a limited time only, all tunes are free.  Yes, that's right, free.  Take advantage of this special opportunity.  Indeed, its worth saying again: FREE!!!  Don't miss this once in the next three hours chance.  Never to be repeated (<small print>: within the next 10 days).  <super extra small print> To obtain each free song, a small handling fee of $145,576,689,175,371 will apply.

The other thing about Bouy fees is there's a extra one for very long freds.

I myself have a FSF here in the coffee house.

I owe the Bouy all that I have plus all that I'll make, FOREVER and a day.

I've decided that I'd rather owe it to him than cheat him out of it.

THIS, is where the smelling the blood of an Englishman fee comes into play. I doubt it would get any fairer than that.

That just means one of two things:

    1. You've thrown away the invoices - unopened
    2. Your change of address has not taken effect for international mailings

Well, in case you were wondering:

All thumbs tax: same cost as the head ache fee for hitting wrong notes when trying any instrument (triple for every Am played).

Taxing the listeners tax: playing for more than 30 seconds.

Noise polution tax: charged per note played.

Screeching tax: by note, when trying to learn how to use a violin bow.

Tacky tax: playing overplayed substandards or riffs.

Extreme tacky tax: playing overplayed substandards or riffs badly.

Taxing tax: for insisting the owner/store employees actually do something that is helpful, thereby requiring them to make an effort.

Excessive verbage tax: charged per word, demanding owner/store employees say something other than: "Huh?"; "Nope"; "Dunno"; or in a certain other country: "Eh?".

Software knowledge tax: asking for a comment other than: "Protuuls is indstry s'durd."

Trax tax: for recording in the attached recording studio. Charged per 5 seconds, per track.  Stereo track charge is double the mono track charge.

Just in case you missed the brew-ha-ha a few weeks back. Mooch knows the difference between stereo and mono. I apparently DO NOT.
