fantastic BB as ever, nice to hear you wigging out here. like steve vai when he was playing with david coverdale. not too sure what the little synth thing in the middle adds. some very sweet runs and licks. and yep, it doesn't outstay its welcome!

Yeah, as always this is really well done! Nice playing and great mix! The song kicks it up! Kind of an Aerosmith type lick!

adji that's nice of you to say, about the album..... new one is ALMOST ready. doing final mixes right now.. notnat alright tanton! glad you liked this one. the harmonies, were kinda inspired by l ayne staley (rip) rural hehe, thanks for the complements... this one could have been goosed, to be quite a bit longer, with some other sections, but i ended up liking it short like this. i think it's 2 minutes long! LOL about a 3rd of a beer.......

Not my cup, however: Strong dance vibe ... a classic rock-your-socks masterpiece. Very powerful! I'd still give this a 9.5/10 for political perfection, for roller skating, for outlandishly mimicking the 80's frolicky genre, mixing and mastering, guitar heroics, etc. For now, not for my biking or driving. The message / hooks ... while outlandishly invoking ... make this fall short (to my conscience side) ... (fwiw, I much preferred Led Zep in the 70's with the melancholy and all ... IMHO, the 80's commercialized rock and roll too much ... plus I'm a crony ... sick of classic rock)

Hey, Gonzo, Killer, high energy rock done exactly like it was meant to be played! Dynamite mix, super tasty licks and punchy tone, with great vocals, as always. It's funny, about two weeks ago while I was driving to a late night appointment, a song came on one of our local modern rock radio stations by a "brand new band", and I would have sworn it was you singing. I mean a carbon copy of your vocal tone and style. It actually took me a few minutes into the song to figure out from the guitar tones that it definitely wasn't you. The DJ never mentioned the name of the band at the end of the song because he faded it into a non-stop rock block of new music, and I was out of the car before the block ended. I actually meant to hit the radio station's website later that night to see who the band was, but it was like 4:30am by the time I got home and I forgot about it. I'll have to keep my ears open for the song again, and if I ever find out who it is I'll PM you so you could check them out. Anyway, fantastic job on this, have a good one! Bob

PHILIP thanks for listening and commenting.. especially on something that isn't your thing, i appreciate it. "Dance vibe"... i never really thought about it in those terms, but yea, i guess that meter does lend itself to a little butt shaking. the message/hook, well, it's a real simple story, basically, it's saying 'whatever's going on, let's not fight about it, lets' work it out and move on, and be happy.' you can't reach everyone with a message, and trying to find 'happy mediums' and lowest common denominators just isn't my strong suit. ohgrant thanks. but.....i'd love for somebody, ANYBODY, to give me a reference to a specific song by aerosmith, because honestly, i can't think of a one that sounds like this. i'm curious tho.... not dissing your comment at all, i'm glad anyone hears ANYTHING when they listen to my stuff!! LOL i definitely listened to a lot of early aerosmith, tho.... everything before dude looks like a lady. munmun apreciate the listen.....thanks! warren i figured this one might be old news to you.... but thanks all the same for chiming in! bob- glad you liked this one. it has a bit more gonzo guitar stuff on it, for sure..... but keeping it short is easier on the attention span. wonder who this was that you heard? it'd be cool to know who it is, just to compare what they're doing...... give me a headsup if it ever comes to pass, that you find out...

I liked this a lot. It has that crazy kind energy – almost out of control but reigned in just enough to make it a solid track. I don’t understand the comment about the message – to my way of thinking the message couldn’t be any more clear – “let’s work it out”. Great playing, production and vocals (as usual). – awesome tracks.

manny- thanks a lot man... and i'm glad you got the message.... i mean, everybody hears something different, so i guess that's cool, and some just wont get it... i mean, i even had someone comment about this before, thought it was supposed to be a beatles cover! LOL but, yea, crazy energy, the idea is that it's gotta be a bit intense, almost like a bit out of control, but then it's smooth and dialed in at the same time.. the drum groove provides the steady thing that is supposed to be 'balance and control' of your personal vibe, and the guitar is the chaos you gotta control. heheh sounds like mumbo jumbo to me..... radio appreciate it radio you know, i had an intro on the first demo of this... and after a while, it got whittled down to this. i think this makes the statement just right, even if it means it's super short. length i don't worry about at all, i write these songs with a theme in mind, and to work in an album format. this song idea, leads directly into another, on the album ( i'm almost done, trying to get it rolling by march 1)

The general vibe kind of reminiscent to "Walk this Way" defiantly 70's Aerosmith when they were still cool. The solos are reminiscent of many great players from that era, Slash, Lenny Kravitz.... In any case a really awesome tune that has that growing on you effect. Been digging it all week, thanks for the free DL

OHGRANT... thanks man, i appreciate the return reply..... i can hear that, i guess....the whole thing about the riff in walk this way, is that rolling groovy thing that floats across the top of the steady kick-snare syncopation thing... that's a cool groove for sure.
