A Thing of Beauty
I bought this today. Well, the thing on the right, to be more precise (I've have the SG for a few years now):- I am really proud of my new guitar, which is why I am sharing it with you. All I need to do now is book myself in for some guitar lessons... ... ...

Quilted Maple is another type of figured Maple just like birds eye or flame. Your guitar has a highly figured top that shows more figuring than usual. The 10 top designation is used by PRS, where Gibson would use AAAAA for the same type of wood. It just means the wood is an exceptional piece with the highest degree of figuring. Nice Axe.

Gorgeous! I was just looking at a yellow PRS a few hours ago, behind the sales desk, but it looked nothing as good as this! It also had the older standard style of birds, but I like these much better as well. Beauty! Nothing to plug it into? Bring it over here - [and then go for a 6 month drive]. Love it! Hide it from the kids, dog & cat though! And of course the wife!

Just play as much as you can. Push the discomfort as far as you can stand it. In a short time, your fingertips will toughen up. The muscles in your fingers are another story. If they start to hurt, back off. They are easily damaged, and can take a long time to heal. That is a gorgeous guitar, and I imagine finding the inspiration to play it a lot won't be hard to find.
