A Z3TA 2 owner but can't use the latest version

Hi,

I truely love the synth Z3TA2, and have been using Z3TA 2.1.
Now I want to use the latest version of it but in my command center there is only demo version of ZETA2 is available and even in my product page, it only offers older version of it and latest version is not downloadable there.
I already sent message to the support but got no reply so far. As the cakewalk stopped development,
I'm not sure if i ever get reply from it.
I tried toffline activation but somehow it faild.
What should i do now..

    I've had problems with Command Center not seeing my products and CW support had to fix it.  Whenever that happened, I could still access my products by logging into my Cakewalk account.
     
    So, log in to your Cakewalk account and go to "My Products".  If you purchased Z3TA 2, it should be there.  (Just click on it, and it'll give you a download link.  Download and install the program manually).

    I see 2 records in "My Products": one is "Z3TA+ 2", which you also have, another is "Z3TA+ 2.2". I guess you will need to wait till support fix that.
