A "+" appeared in the volume and pan sliders
I just noticed I have somehow picked up a "+" symbol in the volume and pan sliders of all the tracks (audio and midi) in both the track and console views such as the following:
In the volume window: 0+ or -2.5+
In the pan window: 100%R+ or 0%C+
I have never seen this before and it is only this project. I am working on three at this time and the other two show tracks with just the number or percent with no additional "plus" symbol in the volume and pan windows.
Any idea how I managed to do this? Did I inadvertently hit a keyboard shortcut, etc?

You're in offset mode. Hit the "O" to get out of it.
