A collab I did in FL but then mixed in sonar [The Rapness - Those Other Guys]q

I love mixing in sonar! FL is kind of wack for mixing, lacking a few things that make it fluid.

And this new console emulation sounds really nice. I might have pushed it a bit hard, but i wanted to really see what it did to the audio when I did lol.

It is not my genre but so what? I liked it anyway I think the mix are very good you can hear everything. Both lead singers are splendid. It sounds modern but maybe I miss an little more high pitched arpeggio synth in the end to make it complete. Great work/eko

This is one of those gems that come across here every so often.  I love the way you can hear both the bass guitar(synth) and bass drum clearly without them competing for attentions.  The panning gives a wide, open mix where everything has its place.  The vocals are well recorded and sit just right in the mix.  Last, but not least, I think this song is fresh and modern, somewhat like Gotye.  Bravo!

    All the best,

thanks! Yeah I know! GARGGGHHHH her vocals are reall bugging me. no matter how i compress them, eq them, distort them i still run into the same problem. her vocals NEVER fit in the space right! when i turn them up its like they suddenly get too loud!

gah. well I have a couple months till album release i think,.

WHOA!!!! This is a cool piece! You have a really good 'flow' in this, and the instrumentation and lyrical content (though dirty) are really relevant and well-done. Nice work!
