A corrupt audio region was detected and padded with silence

The other day, I opened my last project and a message appeared: "a corrupted audio region was detected and padded with silence".
Every time I tried to open that project the same message appeared.
Remembering a very old post by Noel Borthwick and trying to interpretate what he said about the same issue, I've saved my project as a bundle file. Then I've unpacked the file and...the bad message was gone!
I saved as cwp file and now everything is all right.
Something like that it was happened to you too?

Hi. I had this happen to me a long time ago.
Did not know the trick about .cwb then, so I re-recorded instead.
Was never able to get the same feeling again
    All the best.
