A couple of local network questions... VPN and 5G.

I have a Netgear Nighthawk AC 1900. It was a TOTL router about 6 mos ago. It has two options for connecting, one called My____ and another called My____ 5G. I can always connect to the regular one but am never able to connect to the 5G and I have no idea how to solve it. It says my PW or username is wrong. I had help setting it up but I'd think that the PW and name would be the same on each.
Also, a VPN shows up but I can never connect to it.
 
Does anyone have any tipps for me to be able to figure out how to get on my 5G network and how to access the VPN?
