A long, long time ago

I had a program, Windowblinds. I had a lot of fun with changing how things looked back when I was really just trying to figure how to get a computer to do anything.
I don't remember what happened but it hit the sidelines.
 
What I was thinking, due to wondering what the bakers could do to X3 and I know that visually
there has been a lot of talk so...I thought it would cool if they teamed with Stardock and that way X3 could
have skins. I'd personally like "steampunk". I think it would be cool for meters to be gauges leaking steam and effects
being punked out. ( I just did a search and I'll be, they're still kickin')
Give people a pretty good selection of skins. If I recall correctly one could make skins to share.
