Ya damn skippy

I need to get that to silence my guitarist, although a hammer might be more effective

If a hammer is not immediately available, a nice 2B drumstick can do the job.  Hope that helps.

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

2B or not to be ... that is the question!

Hey, don't forget about me!
Bass is actually my favourite instrument to play, proven over many years on many a stage...  I just play the guitar more often because it's easier for me to write multiple instrument parts on.

I tried to play bass.  I even took lessons from an ex-GIT Hollywood teacher that had moved up to Portland Oregon (to learn how to play like a bass player and not a guitarist on bass).  For some reason every lesson seemed to be about working on my timing...   Oh well.  Here's the rig I used to have - all parts now sold to survive until the business took off.

Nice rig

I have a EA Whizzer cab paired with an Acoustic Image Clarus amp, and the cab is just something else.
