    Superior Drummer and EZ Drummer can drag and drop all that and more... Those are my first choices.

    I agree, and I use EZD & SD2 that way too, but you have to actually choose the loops you want to insert.
     
    It looks like this is choosing for you, based on where you set the Simple/Complex parameter.
     
    I reckon that's pretty neat - isn't that similar to how Jamstix works though?

    Doesn't MDrummer do something like that.  I haven't used it for ages.
