A question about dounload from my account

Hello I have a question about the downloads in my account. I have now downloaded all platinum versions from my account. A total of 36. Now I've seen that on the left side is a herarchy in the sonar platinum is at the top. under sonar then things are listed as,
  Classic Creative FX Suite
  Engineering FX Suite
  Studio Instruments Suite
  Artist Instrument Collection
  Platinum Instrument Collection
  Studio Mixing FX Suite
  Cakewalk Drum Replacer
  Boutique FX Suite
  Cakewalk Sound Center
  SONAR tutorials
  Boz Digital Labs Pro Channel Collection
  NYC Showroom Impulses
  SONAR Local Documentation
  Demo Projects
do I have to download these all again individually or are those in the respective updates included which are listed on the right side which I have already downloaded?

SONAR Platinum has 2 files to be downloaded.....

Wich two files are that?
The last Sonar Platinum Setup 23.10.0.11
And Platinum Core Plugins 1.0.0.10
?

Im not really sure which 2 files he is referring to but the SonarPlatinum.EXE (approx. 650MB) is the main installer.
The others are plug ins, documentation, add ons, exc.
 
Also be aware that Rapture, Dimension pro, Z3ta are all separate downloads.
(As well as Melodyne and Addictive drums 2)
 
If you used Cakewalk Command center to update sonar than try looking in:
C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads
 
that's where CCC stores all the installers. This way you wont have to download a slew of installers you don't even need.
