Herb, This is really nice and tells a wonderful story in a country way. Nice instrumentation, arrangement, vocals and mix. Liked the lyrics on this one. Very nicely done. Peace and Blessings, John

Love it Herb. The lyrics, the music, very nice. I have songs I want to sound like that, with those stringed instruments, expecially violin (fiddle), but I only play guitar. Could you recommend a sample / synth package I might consider, or perhaps I should ask in another forum?

Rimshot... thank you. Oleman : I use a number of synths and samples....Some of the things I use are cakewalk synths.... I PM'd you some info on some others. I didn't want to sidetrack this thread.

Herb, you're totally evoking Willie Nelson. The voice, the songwriting, the sound of the band. Great work. Love it!

Hey, Herb, I remember this one! Great song with excellent songwriting and performances, and a wonderful sentimental theme that makes your vocals really shine. Super job, Herb, thanks for reposting this, I hope it's an annual tradition! Have a good one, buddy! Bob
