A-300 Pro Transpose issue!

Hi folks,

I've got a pretty annoying situation with my A-300 keyboard and have looked all over the Manual, Editor and Internet for a way to fix with no joy so I hope somebody here can help me out!

I'm working on a track and I'm finding it helpful to transpose my keyboard -3 semitones so I can play things better in key with my track (I'm not the best keyboard player as you might guess!). So like you do, I go into 'Edit' > 'Keyboard/Pad' > 'Transpose' and change the value there.

Now my issue is that every time I turn on my computer to continue making a track when my keyboard powers up the Transpose amount is always at a default +2 setting. I then have to go into edit>keyboard/pad>Transpose yada yada etc etc and it's just getting a bit frustrating to have to change it every single time!

Is there a way I can set a default Transpose amount to always stay at a certain value so all I have to do to continue my track is press the transpose button?

This might sound a bit picky to a lot of you but it's just a workflow thing for me and I would really LOVE to get it sorted out!!

Hope someone can help
Thanks,

You have a very interesting situation, as the manual has not information of saving the informations. Just a thought, have you tried using the A-Pro editor, and then ask to receive the information from your keyboard, and save it as a preset. This is the only thing I could suggest without guide to comfirm it. I am still learning the A-300 Pro myself, and this is the only thing I can think off that could help y ou. Let me know if it works.
