A-300 Pro - Where to open "Keyboard Edit Window"

A-300 Pro - Where to open "Keyboard Edit Window"

Robert H
"If you have set it up as a control surface in the Options > Controllers/Surfaces menu then you can access it under Tools > A-PRO - 1. "

Here is my setup:
Tools> Controller Surfaces
Controller Surfaces = A-PRO-1
In Port = A-Pro-2 (cw tech support said to have B3 = on, and use ACT to control Kontakt4 Dial perameters)
Out Port = A-PRO
ACT = on
WAI = on

thanks, but I'm not seeing anything that about "Keyboard Edit Window" or how to open it.

    2 ways. You know where the audio engine on button is in the top right? Click the button to its left. If you highlight this button without clicking it it will say controller/surface properties. Is that the page you meant?

    The other way is to double click any of the coloured numbers to the left of the track numbers. If you've got lots of tracks, the coloured numbers will most probabaly be at the top of the tracks, covering tracks 1-8, unless you switched the controls to the next bank of 8 tracks.

    EDITED: Just noticed the quote...  Click tools, and click the very bottom option (APRO-1).

    Sorry for the error!

    A-300 Pro Owner's Manual p. 26 Keyboard Set Window
    where is it?

    When I Click tools, and click the very bottom option (APRO-1) it opens the editor yes, but I'm looking to edit the keyboard range, etc.

    Thanks!

    Oh i know what you mean now... This is done in the A-Pro Editor.

    The A-Pro Editor is a stand alone app. click start, then hopefully it will be on the first list, or it may even be on your desktop. If you can't see it just type A-Pro editor into your windows search bar.

    When you open the A-Pro Editor, click options, then show keyboard panel. I think the settings you want are in the but i've never used the A-Pro Editor so can't really help.
