A-500Pro - Change preset works for anyone?

Hi!
I run Sonar X1 with Cakewalk's A-500Pro and can't get the "prm mute" buttons to change preset for my soft synths,
even though it's the default function for these buttons in Bank3..

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
