AAS Lounge Lizard MIA

Help!  I can't find AAS Lounge Lizard.  Did I screw up the installation?  Is it hidden somewhere?

BTW - I don't see STRUM also.

How do I get these to appear?

I'm running:
SONAR Platinum
22.3.0 Build 71 [2016.03] - x64

to check ...
  1. Did you install all of CCC packages i.e. also "platinum instrument collection"
  2. Unless you have "Automatic Background Scan" or "Scan on Startup" enabled, initiate a VST scan now
  3. If it still not shows, check that you are not using some custom layout for the synths which do not include the latest ones

Yeah, the problem is that you have to perform a manual scan (rescan) for Platinum to see it.  I had the same problem, but it is now visible.  Press P on the keyboard, then look to the left for vst settings, and proceed from there by ticking the boxes for a manual scan.  AFter it is completed, you should see it.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left...

I can recommend anyone to switch to "scan at startup" for VST scan which takes care of that automatically and does never interfere you while working projects. I use that for my studio DAW since Noel convinced and guess what - he was right. i never had problem with missing VST plugs or similar since ...

Only for the live DAW where I don't rely on any VST plugs I have turned it off.

+1    Once everything has been fully scanned that first time around re-scans are quick - I'd estimate a few seconds even on my old system.  The only slight delay is when new plugins are added to the list, and those are called out by name for confirmation.

Thanks to all of you.  I recently received an email offer to purchase the full-blown version of Lounge Lizard.  I bought it.  Wow!  It's incredible.  The tones are insane. I was able to incorporate it with absolutely no tweaks.

Again, thank you all.
